A deposit of 100% is due at the time you make the reservation online. If you refer to call us we require 50% down too hold your cabin reservation; the balance is due 21 days prior to your arrival date. Client authorizes CKCSB to issue a payment due in full on reservations. For reservations made online and by phone – you and your party agree to the: “Terms and Conditions of Sale”.  All reservations are subject to availability and blackout periods may apply.

• A $150 “hold” deposit will be charged the day you check in and released the day you check out provided there is no damages to the rental. Client is responsible for any taxes, gratuities, service charges, property damages and incidentals charged by The Crown King Cabins, Suites and Crown King Bunkhouse (CKCSB) properties.
• Confirm that all information provided is correct and acknowledge that your credit card will be charged for the amount due in full. If you are using someone else’s credit card you must include that person’s contact information as well.
• Any cancellations made less than 21 days prior to your reservation will not be entitled to a refund, however you may reschedule your reservation up to 90 days after your check in date for a $50 rescheduling fee. If your travel plans change and you MUST cancel your reservation, please call us 21 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations received up to 21 days prior to arrival will be entitled to a full refund, less an administration fee of $50.
• (Except Holiday and “Big Event” weekend rentals, however you may re-schedule up to 90 days on a non-holiday weekend with a $50 administration fee)
• You may also gift or sell your reservation to friends or family. Please call the innkeeper (928-632-4477) with the changes.

• Check In: Check in time begins at 2:00pm. Some exceptions can be made provided another renter is not checking out on the same day.
• Check Out: Check out time is 11:00am. Extra charges may be applied if check out is not adhered to. NO refunds on early departures.

SORRY we cannot offer any refunds or cancellations due to “natural disasters such as fires, fire restrictions or heavy snow or rain, however you have up to 90 days to reschedule at no charge. We can NOT control or predict “Mother Nature”.
